SHIPPING INFORMATIONS

All ours products are made by order, so products take between 5-7 days for be deliver or available to pick it ups. In case you need it sooner you can write us an email or contact us by DM in instagram so we discuss if have the possibility to be delivered sooner. When its ready, we will notified by email and send you the track number of the shipping. 

If your shipping address its to Portugal the shipping normally last 1-3 business day, to the rest of EU 2-10 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at the check out and by the moment we just ship for EUR countries. If you have any doubts about the shipping you can send us an email to “[email protected]

 

 

RETURNS INFORMATION

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for 14 days from receipt of the order according to the order’s shipping tracking date. The items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all the tags still attached. 

Customers won’t ve refunded for shipping costs and are responsible for all related shipping fee’s for their return. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged in transit. For this, we recommend clients to use reliable courier companies with track number and insurance by damage or lost.

**NIICA STORE has the right to refuse returned articles if they’re not returned in brand new condition.

**We don’t accept returns for customized products (products requested by customers with colors, sizes or other unique characteristics different from those we have available in our website) 

 

STEPS TO RETURN YOUR ITEM:

First: Register your return by sending an email to “[email protected]” stating your name, order number, a little description or photo of the item(s) that you are return and information if is a exchange for other product or a refund or credit to be use in the store (available for be used during 1 year).

Second: Put the items you would like to return in a box or bubble envelope packaging with all the original tags attached. We don’t accept damaged returns or products without the original tags, so please take care of the product in the moment of return them. Don’t forget to add a note with your name and email please so we can identify easily.

Return shipping costs aren’t covered by Niica Store and we recommend you to return your package using a track & trace code since we’re not responsible for lost or damaged return orders. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to inform you of the status of the process. If the item is returned and accepted, we will begin the process of returning the money or exchanging the product as requested by the customer. If the money is returned, it will be refunded according to the original method of payment for the product.
