SHIPPING AND RETURNS
The usual time is one week or less for the product assembly and shipping, of course, as they are all handmade, this time may vary depending on whether it is a personalized product with a specific size and design, either way, we always get in touch with the customer, letting them know if there is a delay and showing parts of our process.
Please if you wrong the address or have another other problem with your order, contact us as soon as possible at the email [email protected] and we will see what we can do.
Oh yeah, if you are from Lisbon you can pickup in our ateliê in Intendente subway station, just send us a message at [email protected] or by instagram and we can organize the meeting.
Due to the global COVID situation we sometimes experience a longer delivery time than expected. If you have any doubts on expected delivery dates, please contact us via email or direct message, also remeber that every the delivery goes with track & trace code.
If it’s not shipped out yet you can cancel your order and get your money back. In case your order is shipped you can return all items. We will refund you the full amount excluding shipping costs. Check the Shipping and Returns page for more details.
PRODUCTS INFOS
All ours products are handmade by us, and we use resistants and good quality materials;
All the accessories (beads and cold ceramic):
We therefore always recommend to put them off while sleeping and don’t apply alcoholic and strong substances into them, so they stay bright for as long as possible.
We use staineless steel:
We always use staineless steel, cause this material is waterproof and could last a lifetime. Please keep in mind stainless steel’s biggest enemy is chlorine.
Beads Bags:
Our seed bags are made with super tick and resistant nylon threads. We recommend only taking care with scissors or sharp objects and washing them by hand with soap and water.
Cold ceramic rings:
Our rings are create and handmade by us with a non-toxic and environmental friendly ceramic, we also use a varnish to protect them from the sun and external agents, this varnish that we use is sensitive to alcohol and we recommend washing the rings only when necessary with just soap and water.
Oh, totally Yeah! To order a customized product just contact us by DM in instagram or by email. You can choose if you want a product from the store in a different color, size or version (shoulder, crossbody, etc.) or you can also order a customized product with a design that you want!

Niica Store is founded in 2020 in Lisbon by Naira de Almeida.
All us products are handmade inhouse, also we always try to add reused beads bought in local vintage stores or sent by ours, in ours products.
