All our clothes are made by second-hand clothes that we get, that with some flaw or unused, we pick them and customize them in unique, exclusive and special pieces.

WE EXTEND YOUR PRODUCT’S LIFE 
Our bead bag and accesories are made to last, but in case of minor damage we offer free repairs. For beaded products, it’s extremely important that you send us the beads that have come loose. If you need or have any doubts about this service, please contact us by email or DM on instagram to bring your piece to our studio.

WE CLOSE CYCLES
If you don’t want your Niica products anymore or it’s in the end of its life, you can send your product back to us and we will recycle it turning it in a new piece, and if it is a bead product is into the “donate x discount” term.

 BECAUSE WE BUILD THE FUTURE TOGETHER
Donate x Discount: If you have some loose beads, collars or other accessories of any type that you don’t use anymore, we accept them as a donation and as gratitude, we give you up to 30% of discount for your next buy.

💗 What do we accept as donations?
Any type of bead, could be made out of glass, wood, metal or shells and stones among other materials, any size. The only thing that matters is they’re entire.

💗 Ok, I want to donate, how do I send it?
The shipping is on us! Just contact us through Direct Message on Instagram or by email: [email protected] writing “Donate” as subject. Don’t forget to write down all details about where you live and we’ll email you back to give you the following steps.

💗 How much is the percentage given? How does it work?
When we get the donation to our studio, in a couple of days maximum, we’ll check it and calculate the % according to the amount of materials given. When checked, we’ll send you a message with a discount coupon that you can use to buy any Niica’s products.

💗 How many times does the coupon can be used? Is it cumulative?
The coupon is valid for one year and it can be used in just one purchase and is not cumulative.
