Now that you have your Niica Bag, know how to take care and how the warranty works!

 

⟡ TAKE CARE OF YOUR BAG ⟡ 

Our bead bags are handmade with super thick and resistant nylon threads, so we recommend being careful  with scissors or sharp objects inside the bag.

To clean it up, never use strong substances because this can vanish the bead’s natural bright, is recommended to just wipe it witH with HAND soap and water and/or apply furniture polish. 

NEVER APPLY PERFUME OR OTHER STRONG SUBSTANCES LIKE ALCOHOL. 

 

⟡ HOW DOES WORK THE LIFETIME WARRANTY?

All Niica’s bags have lifetime warranty, this means that if an accident happens and you damage your bag, we can fix it withOUT any cost for this service.

 

⟡  RULES:

1. ⟡ The warranty is valid only if you send the bag, all the beads and pieces that your bag came undone;
   ⟡ The bags will be fixed only to the maximum of 40% damage;
   ⟡ Shipping fee it’s not included. If you live in Lisbon you can come to our ateliê;
